Saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing is not the description of a successful leader. It is the sign of failed leadership of the highest order. Even a pagan Aristotle knew something that our pastors do not even know. Our pastors have ended up being nothing. Is your pastor a leader or a failed leader?
